Shipping Information

We manufacture each bag to order. An indication of the expected production time can be found in the respective article description. We ask for your understanding, should this time be slightly exceeded. We attach great importance to quality, therefore the delivery times cannot always be precisely stated in advance.

An exact determination of shipping costs is available in your shopping cart as soon as you have added items to the cart.

 

Shipping Costs

Free Delivery

  • Within Germany from 40 EUR upwards order value
  • worldwide from 60 EUR order value

For shipping within Germany and order value below 40 EUR

If you order a standard mobile phone pouch
(pouch without additional personalization options, without Swarovski crystals)

  • 2,50 EUR - Dispatch as letter
  • 4,50 EUR - Optional shipping as DHL Package (shipping to DHL Packstation possible)

From two fitBAGs or from one or more custom-made fitBAGs
(at least 1 selected add-on, chargeable personalization option or with Swarovski crystals)

  • 2,50 EUR - Shipping as DHL Package (shipping to DHL Packstation possible)

For shipping outside Germany and order value below 60 EUR

  • We ship worldwide. For a delivery outside of Germany shipping costs of 5,00 EUR will be charged.

 

Delivery Times

Your order will be prepared and shipped as soon as possible after receipt in our online shop. You will find the current production time of any article in the respective product detail page and an estimated indication of the production and delivery time will be displayed in the summary of your order before the order is completed.

Standard Shipping

Standard sleeves (mobile phone sleeves without additional personalisation options) are sent as compact letters so that you do not have to receive them personally at the time of delivery. Such items are dropped into your mailbox by the delivery service. The delivery time is 2-3 working days.

DHL package

If you order several fitBAGs or if you order a custom-made fitBAG (all fitBAGs with at least one personalisation option that can be added or fitBAGs with Swarovski crystals) or shipments with shipment to a Packstation will be sent as a DHL Paket, so you can check the shipment status in your user account and benefit from faster delivery. The delivery time is 1-2 working days.

The shipping costs can only be calculated once the item is in the basket.
